Welcome packs and food shopping service
We want you to be able to start your holiday and relax from the minute you arrive in Chamonix. With this in mind we are able to provide you with a welcome pack which will have been placed in your accommodation ready for your arrival.
The welcome pack is designed to provide a light snack and breakfast on your first morning, as well as the basic essentials, with specific add on options to provide more selection.
The welcome packs contain:

- Baguette
- Butter
- Cheese
- Ham
- Eggs
- Bacon
- Sausage
- Jam
- Fruit
- Crisps
- Fruit juice
- Tea
- Coffee
- Milk
- Sugar
- Salt & pepper
- Soft drinks
- Wine
Small Pack (2 - 3 people) - €75
Medium Pack (4 - 5 people) - €95
Large Pack (6 - 8 people) - €110
Add on options*
Cheese lover pack - a selection of cheeses on a platter - €15
Cold cuts pack - a selection of cold cuts on a platter - €15
Beer pack - 12 x 250ml beers - €15
Wine - red, white or rose - €10 per bottle
Champagne - €45 per bottle
All packs should be booked and paid for at least 7 days prior to arrival. Any packs booked after this time or in resort will need to be paid for in cash with payment taken before we purchase the goods.
*Add on options are only available in addition to a welcome pack.
Food shopping
Alternatively, if you would prefer, we can also offer a full supermarket shopping service. Please specify at the time of booking if this service is required and send a full list of all the desired goods at least 7 days prior to arrival. We will do our best to acquire everything on your list, although it is all subject to availability. There is a small charge of €25 for this service in addition to the full amount of the shopping cost. We will take a non refundable deposit of €50 for this service which is payable at the time of booking and any balance over this amount will be required in cash on receipt of the goods, any balance under will be refunded to you. Receipts will be provided for your inspection.
Our food shopping service is also available during your holiday for a charge of €25 in addition to the full amount of shopping cost. We appreciate prior booking for this service to enable us to manage our time. Although we will always do our best to accommodate last minute requirements, we cannot guarantee availability, so it's best to give as much notice as possible. We will take a non refundable deposit of €50 for this service which is payable at the time of booking and any balance over this amount will be required in cash on receipt of the goods, any balance under will be refunded to you. Receipts will be provided for your inspection.
