Skiing And Snowboarding

Skiing and snowboarding

Vallorcine is part of the Chamonix Mont Blanc ski domain and is one of the 5 main ski areas in the valley. Vallorcine village has it's own Ecole De Ski, the world respected French ski school. All levels of skiers and snowboarders are catered for, with private and group lessons for all abilities. A 67 year old friend of ours started skiing this winter on the La Poya beginners slope with the help of private lessons from the Vallorcine ESF.

Just getting started?

The Chamonix ski domain has 5 main ski areas that cater to all levels of skiing and boarding with some of the best instructors to help in your learning curve to the top.

Taking the family?

Vallorcine and the whole ski domain have access to all levels. From nursery slopes for the 6 year old, ski school for 11 year old and powder runs for the 14 year old. There is something for the whole team whilst you work on your style on the slopes.

Groups of friends

A great place for groups of mixed ability - the slopes offer more than enough choice for all and with superb après ski - enough said!

Corporate trip of your life?

Treating your team, or trying to impress? Whatever the reason for your corporate trip, what can be better than waking up to coffee and croissants and looking out the window to a meter of fresh powder - other than getting up on the mountain and riding limitless piste or off piste - your choice! Come down from the mountain, throw a couple of "business meetings" in here an there and enjoy the après ski with some red wine and a couple of brandies! With events and activities also all taken care of by the Chamonix Access team whilst you play - and you can call it work!

Test your limits!

This is the place to be if you are looking to find out how far you can go - this place will challenge you in all aspects to whatever level you desire. If its powder bowls, tree runs, black, blue or green runs then Vallorcine has it all at your fingertips ready to explore.
