Chamonix Access is pleased to provide property management services to holiday home owners and second home owners within the Chamonix valley.

Whether your property is a second home for personal use, a high yielding holiday rental property or a mixture of the two, Chamonix Access can provide a highly reliable and locally based solution tailored to your individual requirements.

Chamonix Access is run by Mike and Mandy Laycock. We believe our experience speaks for itself. Mike Laycock FRICS has 40 years property experience. Mandy Laycock has 25 years catering experience

Meet and greet

Meet and greet includes the welcoming of clients into to the property, key handover, offering a welcome literature pack and information on local services.

Guest contact

We can be your clients first point of contact for any information or help they may need during their holiday.

Property check and key collection

Meeting your guests at the property at point of departure to collect keys, and to assess the condition of the property prior to end of stay cleaning.

Key holding

The safe holding of property keys for instant access to property and for client greeting.

Inventory

We can take an inventory of the property and its contents, or check existing inventory following the departure of your guests and offering advice on cautionary deposit return.

Housekeeping

The arranging all aspects of housekeeping from daily, mid week or end of stay clean, or vacant property refresh to end of season shut down.

Linen service

A linen service can be arranged and incorporated into your housekeeping where linen is rented, delivered, collected and laundered. This can include towels, bath mats and tea towels.

Welcome packs and shopping service

Welcome your guests with a selection of foods to help them settle in. Either choose from our range of welcome packs or send us a tailor made list to shop for you. This service can also be used for mid holiday shopping.

Catering

Increase your rental attraction by offering a catering option to your property. For breakfasts, dinners or both, the whole week, or just one evening - it can be arranged. A private chef and a hostess will be provided to ensure your guests and accommodation are well looked after.

Promotion

We actively promote your property on our website, sending our site details out to numerous relevant databases.

Bookings

We take bookings and offer additional information and services to your guests to ensure a full care service.

Rental liaison

Where property owners use other letting agents, we can liaise with the agencies on your behalf to ensure smooth handling of all arrivals and departures.

Property services

We can arrange and liaise with any other property service needed, from plumbers to electricians, or just be there to open the door for them to do their work under your instruction. We can also schedule regular visits to ensure that the property is secure and no internal problems have taken place e.g. burst pipes, and to comply with owner's insurance requirements during empty periods.

Renovations and decoration

We have access to a team of renovators and decorators, who can do anything from a light spruce up to full renovations, all to your specifications and budget. We are able to act as a full project manager for these services, or can just be on call as and when you need us.

All services are available to pick and choose as required, with prices available upon request. We will also consider other management services not listed, so if there is anything else you need, please do not hesitate to contact us.
