How to book services

We are happy to offer access to many services which we will source, quote and arrange on your behalf according to your location and specifications.

Requesting a quote

Let us know what service you would like information or a quote on, offering as much information with regards to your requirements as possible to help us find the best service/option for you. This is a personal service and we will do as much running around as necessary to try to get you what you need.

Service quote

Once we have found you the service you require and you are ready to book we will send through a Service Quote detailing the service required with all relevant company details, payment options and where to find their terms and conditions. If any of the information is incorrect on the Service Quote please contact us immediately to amend.

Reservation

We make all your reservation arrangements with your service provider but your service will not be confirmed until the deposit/full payment is received by the service provider. By paying the deposit/full payment you are confirming that you have found and read the service providers terms and conditions. Please contact us once payment has been made so we know the payment is on its way.

Confirmation

A confirmation email or invoice is usually sent by the service provider on receipt of the deposit/full amount. If you do not receive a confirmation, feel free to contact us to chase it for you.
