How to book accommodation
Complete and return booking form
After taking a look at the properties and selecting your chosen holiday accommodation, all you need to do is complete the online Book Now form, confirming that you have read the terms and conditions for that property. By completing this form you are telling us that you wish to make a booking and have the facility to pay.
If you have any questions about the accommodation offered, the availability of a particular property, or any information on available services, please contact us or fill in the enquiry form on the property page.
Booking
Once we receive your Book Now request, we will confirm availability by sending you a Booking Quote with all the relevant payment and company information. This Booking Quote will need to be signed by the party leader to confirm that all details are correct.
The prices will be quoted in the currency specified on the property page.
We will contact you if we need any further information before sending the Booking Quote. If we are unable to confirm your selected accommodation we contact you and will try to offer alternatives.
Reservation
In order to reserve your accommodation a Reservation Deposit is usually required, this amount and the payment methods will be specified on your booking form and in the property terms and conditions. Your reservation will not be confirmed until the deposit reaches the property proprietors bank account, so payment arrangements should be made as soon after receiving the booking quote as possible. If you are unable to pay the deposit straight away, please contact us to let us know, and when you are ready to pay we will need to check again for availability.
It is helpful for you to contact us once payment has been made so we know the payment is on its way.
You will be sent a Reservation Invoice by the property proprietor once the Reservation Deposit has reached their account. If you do not receive a Reservation Invoice within 7 days of sending payment, feel free to contact us to chase it up.
Balance
The balance of your booking is due no less than 8 weeks prior to your arrival in resort, unless otherwise specified. The date the balance is due will be shown on your Booking Quote and on your Reservation Deposit.
Late bookings
For any bookings made 8 weeks or less prior to departure, the full cost of the booking will be required to reserve your accommodation, unless otherwise specified.
