Chamonix Access Terms and Conditions
A booking is made between the party leader named on the booking form, who must be over 18 years of age ('you') and Chamonix Access Ltd (Registered address - Swift House, 6 Cumberland Close, Darwen, Lancashire, BB3 2TR, Company No: 06767537) referred to as "Chamonix Access", "We" or "Us". For services, the booking is made for the person who has requested the information who must be over 18 years of age "you".
Accommodation bookings
Chamonix Access makes accommodation bookings on behalf of you and the proprietors of properties. The individual booking terms and conditions are specified on the property page for each property. By completing the booking form of Chamonix Access, you are accepting on behalf of your party the property terms and conditions for that property. You also agree that the information given on the booking form for Chamonix Access will be used to make the booking for your chosen property and you are responsible for any errors made on your part.
After a booking form is completed, we will endeavour to respond as quickly as possible to confirm availability and will send through a booking quote. The booking quote will offer the full details of the proprietor, along with all costs needed for the booking. Payment details will also be confirmed. This quote is not indefinite, and a booking will only be confirmed once payment of the deposit or full payment (whichever is applicable) is received in the proprietors account. The booking quote will need to be signed and sent to us by email or post to our Chamonix office at 24 Chemin de la cote du mont, Les Bossons, 74400, Chamonix, France.
A confirmation invoice will be sent to you by the proprietor once the first payment has been received. Your contract with the proprietor commences once the first payment has been received in their account. Please check the information on your confirmation carefully and report any errors or amendments to the proprietor within 48 hours of receipt.
Service bookings
Chamonix Access sources and makes service bookings on your behalf. All arrangements for these services will be made by Chamonix Access, who will pass your details on to the service provider. Once a service confirmation has been made, you will be offered the details of the service provider for the deposit or full payment. Only once a payment has been made will a contract commence between you and the service provider. By making a payment, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions of the service provider.
A confirmation of your service booking will be sent by the service provider. Please check the information on your confirmation carefully and report any errors or amendments to the service provider within 48 hours of receipt.
The prices of services shown on Chamonix Access may vary as estimations are given. Specific quotes are given on request and require confirmation prior to booking.
